Department of HealthHospitals & Primary Care - Hospitals NthLaunceston General HospitalApplications must be submitted by Sunday 11 May, 2025 11:55 PMSunday 11 May, 2025 11:55 PM AESTAward/Classification:Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award, General Stream, Band 2$66,049 to $70,993 pro rata, per annumEmployment type:Part TimeRegion:North WestLocation:Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide efficient reception support within the North West Renal Satellite Unit Parkside in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.The Team:The North West Renal satellite unit provides renal replacement therapy to the patient within a outpatient dialysis unit on the scenic NW Coast of Tasmania.All our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.The Role:To provide efficient clerical and reception support within the North West Renal Satellite Unit Parkside in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. The position involves a high standard of customer focused reception skills and a wide range of clerical functions.You will need (Up to 3 bullet points:Great work life balance, Monday to Friday day workNurse led Outpatient Clinical EnvironmentOpportunity to work collaboratively with the entire renal team including Nurses, Consultants, Social Work and Allied Heath to provide a holistic approach to the provision of renal care, planning and managementNote: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Details of appointment:Permanent part time, day worker position, working up to 30 hours per fortnight, from as soon as we can onboard you.*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary:$66,049 to $70,993 pro rata per annum.
