Practice Nurse ?? Milsons Point, NSW Milsons Point Medical Centre is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our professional and friendly team.
Located in the heart of Milsons Point, our modern and well-established medical centre is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys working in a collaborative general practice environment.
You will support our GPs and contribute to the smooth day-to-day clinical operations of the practice. Key Responsibilities Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management
Chronic disease management and care plans Health assessments (including 75+ health checks) Wound care and dressings
Assisting with minor procedures ECGs and other clinical procedures Patient education and health promotion
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Previous general practice experience preferred Strong clinical and organisational skills
Excellent communication and patient care approach Ability to work both independently and within a team Experience with
