WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, ADVANCED RETAIL PROFESSIONAL (3IC) TO JOIN THE TEAM AT OUR SYDNEY BRAND CENTRE. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION WITH A ROTATION WORKING SUNDAY-THURSDAY. The Third-In-Charge (3IC) of the Sydney Brand Centre supports the management team in the achievement of the store's net sales and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Halo store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment. A Halo store is the pinnacle of the adidas retail experience for adidas consumers as it relates to sales & customer service, operations, people, training & product knowledge, visual merchandising & brand activations. THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Driving profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales targets. Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to provide consumers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals and build brand equity. Demonstrates accountability for store performance by maximising the allocation of resources and executes processes to drive profitability. Represents the adidas brand/company brands and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Amplifies the brand with every decision and every action. Role models selling & service expectations through being actively present on the sales floor Makes sound decisions utilising qualitative and quantitative data surrounding the behaviour and patterns of own stores consumer base and works in tandem with the leadership team to exceed expectations. Collaborates with the store's back-of-house team and in store Visual Merchandiser to ensure a smooth stock-to-floor process and execution of product aligned with brand calendar and VM guidelines. Ensures the maintenance of high visual standards at all times, ensuring full product assortment on the on the shop floor at all times. Champions and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store front of house, proposing ideas and solutions to building a world class Brand Flagship Store.
