We're on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Regional Coordinator to join our Sydney team. In this exciting full-time role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering our life-changing programs in schools, while also spearheading business development initiatives, nurturing key relationships, and providing crucial support to our team of dedicated youth workers. Day in and day out, you'll be immersed in a diverse range of tasks, from cultivating partnerships with community groups to securing collaborations with schools, identifying new program opportunities, and delivering impactful face-to-face mentoring sessions. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our team of program facilitators as they empower young men throughout the region.
