Position Details: 12‐month secondment, 0.5 EFT (Dec 2025 – Dec 2026)
About The Role
As a member of the Renal Service Clinical Nurse Educator team, you will provide clinically based education, supervision and support to learners and staff at all levels. This is a leadership position that involves collaborating with clinical area management, multidisciplinary teams and educational partners to deliver nursing education initiatives, ensuring a high standard of safe, effective and timely person‐centred care.

About You
* Extensive nursing experience in a specialty (or transferable skills) and a demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively.
* Passionate, enthusiastic and willing to embrace new ways of learning.
* Ability to provide mentoring and leadership in the clinical area.
* Experience providing staff, graduates and students with clinically‐based supervision and training in line with RMH policy and procedures.
* Experience delivering Entry to Practice and Graduate Programs, and willingness to support the development and implementation of RISE and postgraduate programs.
