We are seeking a dedicated and organised professional to support our senior leadership team.
About this role:
* Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes and action registers for the Executive General Manager.
* Coordinate monthly board papers, leadership reporting and end-of-month reviews.
* Organise travel, events, workshops and conferences across Australia and New Zealand.
* Process purchase orders, invoices and expense claims, and maintain sponsorship and donations registers.
* Support human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and timesheet coordination.
* Provide coaching and support to a systems administrator.
* Drive process improvements and foster collaboration across the business unit.
