About Orange Sky Orange Sky exists to support Australians who are facing challenges in their lives, including homelessness, financial hardship, limited access to laundry facilities or temporary displacement due to a natural disaster. The Role We’re always looking to increase our impact and help more Friends on the street – striving to improve is in our DNA at Orange Sky. This role is a key member of our dynamic Operations Team, and vital to assisting the team with day-to-day administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation and improvement of services across Australia. No day is ever the same, so the ideal applicant will thrive in a dynamic environment - we need someone who knows how to have lots of balls in the air that can’t be dropped, can think on the fly, and get creative to make things happen. In a nutshell, this role is responsible for: Managing general incoming calls and emails from friends, volunteers, contractors and the public, and provide support or appropriately refer Assist with all general administrative tasks for the Operations Support team, including postage of supplies to all service locations, printing, ordering collateral, etc. Assist with booking travel and accommodation for volunteers and the Operations Support team Participate in identifying process improvements and streamlining workflows Convinced this is the role for you?
