The Role As a key member of our small, experienced team, you will: Provide therapy to client groups aligned with your specific interests and skills. Work strictly within a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and identity-affirming framework. Collaborate in team days focused on connection, service development, and community engagement. Requirements: Qualified: Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Clinical Psychology Registrar. Registered: Essential Medicare registration and at least 2 years of therapeutic experience. Aligned: Already practicing from an identity-affirming lens (including trauma-informed, size-inclusive, neuro-affirming, and queer-affirming approaches). Highly Regarded: EMDR Training. Experience with complex trauma (sexual abuse, family violence, attachment). Familiarity with parts work and dissociation-informed practice.
