This opportunity is ideal for a senior insurance professional ready to progress into a leadership position or build further on their current people management experience.What You’ll Be DoingManage a key portfolio of mid-market commercial clientBuild strong, enduring relationships with clients in the $50–100M turnover rangeProvide strategic broking advice and deliver exceptional service outcomesCoach, mentor, and engage a team including junior and senior broking staffIdentify opportunities for portfolio growth, client retention, and team developmentWork closely with national leadership to align with business goalsParticipate in business development and contribute to branch strategyLead by example in client meetings, internal training, and process improvementContribute actively to branch and sales meetings and embrace continuous learningAbout YouYou’re currently a Senior Account Executive Account Manager with deep technical knowledge and a genuine interest in leadership.
