What You'll Do
* Empower teams through clear direction, active support, coaching, and professional development.
* Drive the design and implementation of the Quality Management Framework and Quality Management System (QMS).
* Support strategic improvement initiatives in partnership with senior leaders.
* Oversee risk management, compliance, privacy, and internal audit programs.
* Facilitate effective governance through leadership of operational committees and reporting to executive and board-level stakeholders.
* Build strong internal and external partnerships to enhance service outcomes.
