Production Supervisor – Neutrog Australia
Neutrog is looking for a hands‐on Production Supervisor to support the day‐to‐day running of our manufacturing operations at our site in the Adelaide Hills. This is a practical, on‐the‐floor role where you'll lead a team of operators, coordinate workflow and equipment, and help ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
We're open to experienced supervisors as well as strong operators who are ready to step into a leadership role. What matters most is confidence in a manufacturing environment, a steady approach, and the ability to lead by example.
In this role, you'll oversee the smooth operation of production activities, making sure staff, equipment and materials are organised to meet daily and weekly plans. You'll support training and development, ensuring operators follow SOPs and maintain strong WHS standards. You'll keep a close eye on quality, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and work with the Maintenance team to coordinate reactive maintenance while raising any potential preventative maintenance requirements with the Production Manager.
You'll also play an important part in maintaining discipline and consistency across the site - from housekeeping and equipment checks to ensuring processes are followed and production areas are kept safe and efficient. Your mechanical aptitude, communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure will help you guide the team and keep production moving.
To be successful, you'll bring solid experience in a manufacturing environment, strong communication and leadership skills, and a methodical, organised way of working. A forklift licence is required, and front‐end loader experience is a bonus. Most importantly, you'll take pride in your work, value teamwork, and be committed to doing things properly.
At Neutrog, we're more than fertiliser. We're grounded - open, transparent and down to earth in how we work together. We're focused on building genuine relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers. We stay disciplined by embracing processes that help us deliver what we promise, when and where it's needed. And we're spirited - enthusiastic, innovative, and always ready to go the extra mile for our community.
Our vision is simple but ambitious: to be the most connected and trusted fertiliser brand in the world - by finding, developing and growing relationships, doing what we say we'll do, and delivering quality on time, every time.
