**The Position**
Working closely with the Director & Sales Team, you will be managing the client relationships and supporting the team:
- Check Contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and current
- Have an understanding of what changes can legally be made to a contract
- Process sales from exchange through to settlement, including processing rescission notices
- Liaise with Solicitors and Conveyancers, including confirming settlement date and orders
- Liaise with Vendors and Purchasers
- Receive and process sales advices
- Verify sales, and customer's personal information
- Generate settlement letters and EFT for Directors to sign
- Daily banking
- Managing the Sales Trust account, including release of deposits and monthly trust account reconciliation
- Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing
- Ensure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements
- Previous experience in an admin capacity in real estate
- Current Certificate of registration
- Very Strong Admin & organization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to manage conflicting deadlines & processes
- Understanding of the real estate sales process
