**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Tender and Procurement Manager is responsible for supporting the rate procurement across ocean, air and road freight for the Business Development team within freight forwarding.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data entry
- Review, maintain and update product guides for LCL/FCL shipments
- Preparation of tenders
- Reporting
- Develop, review, update and maintain SOPs, workflows and processes to maintain compliance
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all pricing and reporting is completed within a timely manner
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficient within MS Office
- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar position
- Freight forwarding experience
**HIGHLY DESIRABLE**
- Proficient EDI Cargowise experience
- Minimum 4 years' relevant commercial experience
