Centre Lead
The role of Centre Lead involves overseeing a team dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged 12–25.
* Lead with compassion, integrity, respect and ethical practice in collaboration with service leaders.
* Nurture an environment of trust, inclusion and respect through collaborative leadership.
* Manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, funding requirements and operational excellence.
* Manage operations, recruitment and staff development initiatives.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and local communities to drive engagement and partnerships.
* Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
* Represent the centre at community events and engagements.
