This Administration Officer position is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a busy State Government Agency. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for various tasks, including office management, risk and hazard management, and inventory management.


About the Position

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where adaptability and strategic thinking are essential.

* Office management or EA experience is highly desirable
* SharePoint experience is advantageous
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to make informed judgments and decisions
* Strategic thinker providing robust solutions
* Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
* Ability to manage complex and competing priorities
