The Executive Director Finance plays a pivotal role in providing operational leadership across finance, office facilities, and procurement. * Lead financial and compliance reporting for the Board and sub-committees. * Collaborate with the Lifeline Australia finance team to deliver consolidated financial reporting. * Provide effective leadership and support the mentoring of the Finance team. Responsibilities: * Hold relevant certifications including CAANZ or CPA or IPA. * Demonstrate extensive experience in financial management within not-for-profit, public, or private sectors. * Operate strategically, problem solve, and understand challenges at the operational level. * Develop highly articulate and influential verbal and written communication skills.
