You, dear Stock Control Manager, are the powerhouse behind the pharmacy — the engine that keeps everything ticking.
About the Role
* Has high standards and a keen eye for detail
* Thrives on efficiency (and maybe gets a secret thrill when an invoice balances EXACTLY)
You'll manage all things stock — ordering, checking, stock-taking, and ensuring our community always has what it needs, when it needs it.
When the team runs like clockwork, you're the one quietly smiling behind the scenes — knowing it's thanks to your precision that everything feels effortless.
What You'll Be Doing
* Ordering, checking, and stock-taking across dispensary and retail.
* Managing supplier relationships, invoices, and special orders.
* Tracking expiry dates, product rotations, and returns.
* Working closely with the pharmacists and retail team to make sure shelves (and importantly our customers and patients) are happy.
* Keeping systems sharp, accurate, and efficient.
