About the role:
We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join a dynamic retail property team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
In this exciting role, you will deliver innovative campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and community engagement initiatives across a portfolio of shopping centres. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience, supporting tenant success, and driving visitation and sales growth.
This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring travel between centres, offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and delivery of annual centre business and marketing plans.
- Plan, coordinate and execute engaging retail marketing campaigns and in-centre activations.
- Manage social media platforms and websites.
- Identify PR opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen community connections.
- Collaborate with tenants to support their business success through tailored marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance, analyse traffic and sales data, and report on ROI for campaigns.
- Manage budgets, advertising collateral, creative assets, and marketing expenses effectively.
Skills and experience required for this role:
- Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, shopping centres, or property.
- A proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong experience on digital and social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creativity and attention to detail
- Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
