Corporate Insurance Specialist
We're seeking an experienced M&A professional to review risks associated with corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in underwriting transaction liability insurance products, including representations and warranties (R&W) insurance, warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance, tax insurance and contingent liability insurance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review legal, tax, financial and other risks associated with corporate transactions.
* Structure and negotiate bespoke insurance policies with lawyers and brokers domestically and abroad.
* Win new business by building strong relationships with key lawyers, bankers, and brokers.
* Effectively assess and price risks considering factors such as business sector, deal structure, jurisdiction and indemnification obligations in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
