THE POSITION 
- Produce buffet style breakfast options 
- Food preparation 
- Customer service and point of sale 
- Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively 
- Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording 
THE PERSON 
- Hospitality experience in similar role 
- Food preparation for bulk with breakfast buffet experience 
- 1-2 years of experience in comparable environment 
- Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines 
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations 
- Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
