SAP Transformation Leader
As a seasoned SAP expert, we are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to drive our transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and oversee the end-to-end migration to the next generation S/4HANA platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the transformation program, ensuring timely and successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Analyze complex issues, assess risks, and opportunities, making informed decisions to address program challenges.
* Implement solutions and tools as they relate to the SAP upgrade project, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
* Capture and align business requirements, ensuring that they are accurately reflected in the program's scope and deliverables.
* Provide leadership at both team and senior levels, building strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
* Develop and implement a robust governance framework, ensuring that project activities are well-managed and controlled.
* Oversee external vendor management, ensuring compliance with signed agreements and contracts.
* Assist the procurement process, project tracking, monitoring deliverables, budget management, and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a track record of delivering successful projects in large corporate environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC Payroll solution, including implementation and support.
* Ideal candidate will have experience migrating from ECC Payroll to S/4HANA Payroll solution.
* Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, including the ability to drive technical migration and manage customization reduction and remediation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal at all levels within an organization.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and drive progress in a changing environment.
* Ability to work with project reporting, forecasting, and estimating financial and resource needs.
* Track record of delivering high-quality ICT projects using SAP Activate methodology, project management methodology, and application development methodology.
