Overview
We are seeking two dedicated Warehouse Administrators to join our team at Down South Wholesale in the beautiful Margaret River region of Western Australia. These part-time roles are crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management and order fulfilment. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for logistics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Must be able to commit to a minimum of Three (3) days per week (22.5hrs).
Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
* Processing orders and coordinating the timely dispatch of goods to customers
* Assisting with picking orders and checking orders before despatch
* Conducting regular stock takes and audits
* Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
* Supporting the DSW team with general administrative tasks
* Cover leave within the administration and warehouse roles
* Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a similar administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in using warehouse management and inventory control systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain management would be an advantage
