About this Opportunity We’re seeking a professional and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at a retail site in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. In this role, you’ll be the face of security excellence, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients, customers, and visitors while responding effectively to any challenges or emergencies. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering exceptional customer service alongside professional security duties. Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling access to the premises. Promptly responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance. Conducting risk assessments and addressing potential threats with professionalism. Managing access control and maintaining situational awareness. Preparing detailed incident reports and data logs.
