Role Overview
The HOPE program provides assertive outreach support to clients who had an attempt of suicide or who have suicidal ideation due to a situational crisis in their life. This entails delivering high standards of care within a trauma-informed approach, providing clinical and practical supports tailored to each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive care with a strong focus on trauma-informed practices, ensuring the well-being of clients.
* Deliver outreach services across designated catchment areas, including occasional out-of-hours work.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and be registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, or hold membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
* Exhibit exceptional clinical skills and remain up-to-date with current best practices in the field.
* Be knowledgeable and proficient in implementing various clinical interventions related to suicide prevention and client-centered care.
