Job Description:

The Director of Business Development, Cross Border role is instrumental in driving business growth and expansion within designated territories. This key position is responsible for identifying and securing new accounts, while also fostering strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.

To achieve these objectives, the successful candidate will be expected to possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of cross-border logistics and operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and rapport with customers and stakeholders alike.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
* Maintain close relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to remain competitive and informed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will require:

* A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* At least 5 years of sales experience in cross-border logistics, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong knowledge of customs processes and procedures.
* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
