Seeking the skills of an Warehouse Administrator, this is a fast-paced role that supports the warehousing and logistics teams with internal support, maximising efficiencies and the customer experience.
With state of the art internal systems, this role requires someone who is IT savvy and able to learn new software and processes easily.
Reporting to the Operations Director, duties will include:
* Freight management including sourcing quotes from third party transport companies
* Raising invoices and credit notes
* Management of the customer service inbox answering queries and providing support
* Ensuring clients have received batch certificates
* Managing stop credits and liaising with management on payment arrangements
* Maintenance of trade counter and assisting when needed
* Ordering of internal supplies for the company
* Scanning and entering proof of delivery dockets
To be successful in this role, you must enjoy customer contact, being the support person to the sales and operations teams and building strong relationships. Your strong customer service, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team are essential in this role.
