What You’ll Bring
Leadership Grit: A proven ability to motivate, mentor, and performance-manage a team.Qualifications: Cert IV or Diploma in Disability, Community, or Children’s Services.> Note: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants willing to work towards these qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply!Expertise: Advanced problem-solving, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.Essentials: Current NSW Driver’s Licence, NDISWC, Paid WWCC, and First Aid/CPR certification.About Westhaven
