About the role
They are seeking a Senior Accountant who not only delivers impeccable financials but is also ready to roll up their sleeves and develop SOPs.
Reporting to the CEO, your duties will include but not limited to the following:
* Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management reports—P&L, balance sheet & cash flow using Pronto system
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory obligations
* Oversee a small finance team of 2
* Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the external accountant
* Write and implement clear, structured SOPs for finance processes
About you
The successful candidate will have the following
* Hold a Degree in Accounting or Finance and have at least 3 years previous experience in a similar role
* Previous experience with Pronto is preferred
* Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication,
