 
        
        **Internal Customer Support/Sales Person**. A customer focused person is sought for a energetic and growing company within the quarry and conveyor industry. 
We are an Australian owned company with our Headquarters North of Brisbane. We are a focused on the delivery of aftermarket spare-parts and conveyor belting services to a range of customers and industries. The company has been in business since 2009 and continues to grow each year. 
Due to this growth we are seeking to hire a Internal Customer Support/Sales person to service our existing clients and assist with new business. This role will see you working with the external sales team and the internal warehouse team. You will also be supported with technical and sales training. As a progressive company we are always looking to develop and progress our staff. 
It would be beneficial for you to have the following: 
- Willingness to learn 
- Positive phone manner 
- Mechanical aptitude 
- Experience in industrial sales, spare parts or a heavy related industry 
- If you have parts-interpreting experience, this will be particularly valuable. 
- Ability to communicate effectively 
- Be a team player 
- Ability to multi task 
- Able to work unsupervised 
- Have a fork lift ticket (but not a must) 
- Have current drivers license 
Detailed responsibilities will include: 
- Customer Support Internal 
- Customer Sales Internal 
- Support the External Support/Sales team 
- Work with suppliers 
- Providing accurate and timely forecasts of future demand 
- Report on market information. 
- Have good working relationships with the entire team. 
- Willing to travel if required 
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
