About :Our client is a leading civil and bridge construction company delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia. They specialise in formwork, reinforcement, and concrete (FRP) construction, and they pride themselves on quality, safety, and innovation.
The Role:We are seeking Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers, and Site Engineers to join our team immediately. The right candidate will be able to oversee concrete and bridge construction from day one.
Key Requirements
* Engineering degree required unless significant relevant industry experience compensates.
* Experience in formwork, reinforcement, and concrete (FRP) – a lot is ideal, but strong managers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
* Previous bridge construction experience highly regarded.
* A few years in a Project Management role preferred; open to Senior Project Engineers (SPEs) seeking an opportunity.
* Site Engineers / Project Engineers can be less experienced if they show potential and a strong work ethic.
* Willingness to work nightshifts is a plus, but not essential.
* Immediate availability to manage active construction sites.
