Job Description
* Coordinate and support the implementation of education programs and initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
* Monitor and report on program progress, providing insights and recommendations.
* Assist in preparing documentation, including reports, briefing papers, and correspondence.
* General office management, catering, ordering supplies.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Provide administrative support to the program team as required.
* Identify and address potential risks or issues affecting program delivery.
A Successful Program Officer Should Have
* A strong background in either Administration, Office Management or Executive assisting
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
* An outgoing personality to be the first point of contact when welcoming people.
* Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for program management and reporting.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
