The Opportunity
The Site Manager will take accountability for the day-to-day performance of the Perth facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading site operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and service expectations are met.
* Maintaining a strong safety culture with visible leadership across all shifts.
* Overseeing labour, cost control, and operational performance in line with business targets.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational stability.
* Leading, coaching, and developing the site leadership team.
* Working closely with central support functions to ensure alignment and consistency.
This role is well suited to a steady, capable leader who values structure, consistency, and people engagement.
Skills & Expertise Required
We're seeking an experienced FMCG manufacturing leader with a practical, grounded approach:
* 5+ years experience operating as a Site Manager or Senior Operations Manager within FMCG or food manufacturing.
* Strong exposure to multi-shift manufacturing environments.
* Proven capability across safety, quality, production, and people leadership.
* Solid understanding of labour management, cost control, and operational metrics.
* Calm, credible leadership style with the ability to build trust quickly.
