About the Business
Our Communications and Engagement team provide services and adviceacross a range of areas, including internal and externalpromotions, media and risk management, sector and stakeholderengagement, events, social media, graphic and multimedia design,website and intranet content.
Role Details
The Communications Manager – Disability Services is a rolewithin the Office of the Chief Executive and Governance and isaccountable to the Director, Communications and Engagement for:
• Providing leadership in the Disability ServicesCommunications team and contributing to a high level ofcommunications and change support for the Disability ServicesDivision of the department.
• Leading and managing the development and implementation ofthe strategic communications of the Disability Services Division,aligned with the department’s Public Affairs approach.
• Managing timely and accurate communications, promotional andmarketing activities and change activities and objectives through avariety of communication, marketing and change channels.
• Providing high-level, expert strategic communications andchange advice and services to a range of internal and externalstakeholders, relevant to the Disability Services Division.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence(equivalent to minimum class C).
Role Status: Term up to 09/04/2027
Salary Range: $121,107-$125,679 (ASO8)
