**The Role**
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, maintaining and growing the revenue with your assigned territory. You will ensure that all accounts will received regular calls, so you can build and maintain relationships.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Achieve high level of customer satisfaction 
- Proactively make outbound calls, building and maintaining relationships 
- Manage credit and obsolescence costs 
- Input notes into CRM 
- Ensure issues are raised in a professional manner and provided recommendations/solutions 
- Advise of promotional information and products
