Monday to Friday / 35 hours per week

About the client:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a leading NSW Government department based in Yass.
This position will see you working on a casual ongoing basis Monday to Friday.
About the role:
You will be responsible for assisting and maintaining day to day administrative tasks.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Responding to customer enquires
* Assisting with customer complaints,
* Providing assistance and accurate information in a timely manner
* Deliver high-quality customer service values
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful for this position you will need to:
* Previous customer service experience
* Availability to work Monday to Friday
* Available to commence for an immediate start
* High attention to detail
* Organisational skills
