What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Analyst you will work across our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) teams. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services to mid-market clients across a range of corporate finance engagements, including:
* Conducting financial and commercial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings
* Assisting with private business sales and acquisitions, including buyer research and managing the due diligence process
* Conducting financial analysis, modelling and forecasting
* Supporting capital raising from private equity and other investors
* Preparing Independent Accountant's Reports for ASX listings
* Mentoring and developing junior team members
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and ready to grow. Ideally, you'll bring:
* 3-4 years' experience in corporate finance, audit, or tax
* A completed or near-completed CA qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bonus points if you have:
* Advanced financial modelling skills
* A knack for building relationships and networks
