Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Payroll Enhancement Project. This initiative will introduce cutting-edge workforce management solutions including rostering, time capture, and EA interpretation.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Payroll, People & Culture, Finance, and Operations to define and document business processes, rules, and requirements for software selection, implementation, and change impact assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders.
* Document business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
* Analyse processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
* Support in preparing change impact assessments.
* Capture and codify business rules and requirements for solution design.
* Work collaboratively with users and the project team to resolve issues.
* Evaluate supplier responses to RFTs and proposals.
* Maintain a focus on safety, wellbeing, and psychosocial safety.
About You
* Degree in Human Capital/Payroll, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale, complex system implementations.
* Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
* Experience assessing RFP responses and working with COTS solutions.
* Knowledge of HR/Payroll processes, particularly Time & Attendance, Rostering, Scheduling, and EA interpretation.
* Exposure to AI tools is highly regarded.
