About the role

CLS Cranes are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts & Office Manager to join our team on a part‑time basis. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day financial and administrative operations of our company located in Paget, QLD.


What you’ll be doing

* Manage all accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
* Prepare monthly financial reports and liaise with the senior management team
* Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation
* Maintain and update office procedures and systems to improve efficiency
* Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers


What we’re looking for

* Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar accounts and office management role, preferably in the office administration or logistics industry
* Strong financial management skills, including proficiency in accounting software and processes
* Proficiency in Xero accounting software is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting software
* Australian work rights are required for this position
