About the Role
The Site Supervisor oversees daily delivery activities across civil worksites. Responsible for safety, logistics, site coordination, and subcontractor supervision, the role ensures physical execution of works in line with program and compliance standards.
Supervisors rotate across 2–3 sites daily, conducting pre-start, managing deliveries, and resolving field issues.
The Role:
The Site Supervisor should possess extensive experience in subdivision construction within the Perth Metro area. This includes expertise in:
Inground Services:
* Proficient in managing sewer, stormwater, water, and gas services.
* Experience with power and communications is desirable
Road Construction:
* Knowledgeable in sub-grade, sub-base, base-course, primer seal, and asphalt processes.
* Experience with curbing, footpaths, and limestone wall construction.
* Conduct FTI and PC inspections.
Earthworks:
* Earthworks experience is desirable.
Team Leadership:
* Capable of managing and organising daily site operations.
* Strong team management skills, including coordinating both internal and subcontractor crews.
Safety Standards:
* Understanding and implementing safety standards on-site
Crew Coordination:
* Ability to work with and organise various crews, including:
* Internal crews (labourers, in-grounds, road crews).
* Subcontractor crews (walls, in-grounds for power/comms/water/gas/sewer/stormwater, footpaths, kerbs, asphalt).
Stakeholder Liaison:
* Liaise effectively with local authorities such as ATCO, Water Corp, and local councils for inspections.
* Engage with engineering consultants and clients during site meetings.

* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with IT systems and software.
* Team Player: Confident and capable of thriving in a dynamic team setting.
* Industry Experience: Extensive background in sub-division construction.
* Licensed Driver: Holds a valid, unrestricted driver's licence.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders.
* Safety Knowledge: Well-versed in construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
* Project Management: Skilled in using project management software and tools, with a preference for Workbench.
* Plan Interpretation: Competent in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
