This role offers an excellent chance to develop skills and impact our growing business.Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting credit client administration (invoicing, banking, reporting)Communicating with Accounts departmentsScheduling, dispatching, and arriving of customer productsProviding professional service to Regional/Area Managers and customers, including information on administration and marketing programsManaging stock intake and customer forecasts with the sales teamRecording bulk waste and contractor hoursCoordinating product availability with sales and operationsPrioritising safety in all practicesSkills and Experience:Background in customer service with high integrityExcellent phone manner and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyStrong organisational skills to handle multiple tasksExperience with computerised sales systems and MS OfficeProblem-solving skills and quick learning abilityAbility to manage high-volume work and challenging situationsWillingness to undertake pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testingFlexibility to work hours as required (7am–3pm weekdays, occasional Saturdays)Why Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers (WesCEF)?We seek ambitious individuals eager to grow and thrive.
