Job Description
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the ongoing optimisation of our sales systems. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Partnering with user groups to identify, develop, acquire, and implement solutions for new sales systems or the integration of existing platforms
* Analyzing business and system requirements, including end‐to‐end involvement in systems development, process analysis, solution design, and process re‐engineering
* Ensuring comprehensive testing prior to implementation, while continuously improving existing processes and procedures
* Modelling and defining future‐state system configurations to support business growth
* Supporting business case development by identifying, articulating, and quantifying business value
* Designing and delivering training to enable effective adoption of business processes and systems
* Evaluating and recommending software acquisitions or enhancements to improve information systems efficiencyDriving and coordinating small‐scale initiatives and projects delivered locally and in collaboration with overseas teams
The Successful Applicant
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
* 1‐4 years of commercial experience as a Business/Systems Analyst
* A degree qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline
* Post‐graduate experience working within an IT environment
* Understanding of business analysis skills, including business process modelling (BPMN 2.0)
* Proven experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements
* Demonstrated experience supporting projects and contributing to effective process management
* Exposure to tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, and the Microsoft 365 suite will be nice to have
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
