We are seeking a part-time Case Worker to join our Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV) program based in Balranald .
This role involves delivering high-quality case management to help women and children remain safe and free from domestic violence in their own homes, with a focus on long-term stability. The program emphasizes early intervention and prevention to reduce homelessness and support women and children in achieving stability in housing, income, employment, education, and social networks.
The Case Worker will build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure effective referral pathways and raise awareness of alternative accommodation options for women post-separation from domestic violence.
To succeed, you should have strong experience in Community Services, ideally within the DFV sector; the ability to deliver sensitive client services; excellent communication skills; and experience in stakeholder engagement.

This is a part-time position (22.5 hours/week) on a Maximum Term Contract until 30 June 2026.
The role is classified as Level 4.1 under the SCHADS Award, with a gross annual salary of $85,355 (full-time equivalent). Salaries will increase annually in line with the Award pay points. As a NFP, we offer excellent salary sacrifice options to boost your take-home pay.
