We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to help lead our Maxima Joondalup store in WA on a full-time basis.

Day‐to‐day responsibilities:
* Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful.
* Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups.
* Manage and audit stocktakes.
* Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback.
* Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
What success looks like in this role:
* Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
* Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
* A keen eye for detail, ability to multi‐task and manage time effectively.
* Genuine care for people, and a constant striving for the best possible team member experience.
