We're looking for a like-minded, organised, and socially driven Account Executive to join our award-winning team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency working with great people, who love what they do.

Day to day, the role will be widely varied, ranging from assisting on brief development to project and campaign management, exploring emerging content trends, platforms and technologies, as well as being exposed to strategic thinking and how to work with creatives to formulate a response to brief. You will have the opportunity to gain experience on some of Australia's biggest and best-known brands, working alongside some of the countries most talented teams.

**You'll be responsible for**:
Reporting into the Account Director, this role will involve:

- Take on tasks directed to you by the team leader to help keep projects on track internally and stakeholders informed
- Being a point of contact across relevant campaigns both internally and externally, and being across the detail
- Supporting all members of the team on their respective tasks assigned
- Alerting their manager on any real or perceived client issues
- Effectively prioritising workload and ensuring that the team are constantly kept informed on progress of tasks
- Understanding your clients' business, being fully aware of the market, consumer and current issues effecting each category
- Understanding consumers and sourcing intelligence on consumer trends / product related topics
- Know the client Brand Guidelines to ensure all communications are on brand and meet requirements
- Develop clear written briefs/debriefs and project documentation
- Take notes and write Contact reports for client meetings, important detailed phone calls and WIP meetings within 48hrs
- Maintain client filing system
- Working with the content team to build plans, quotes and tracking documents and some community management
- Ensuring accuracy of all budgets, invoicing and tracking for all your campaigns
- Gain approval of Creative Briefs, estimates/timelines, Internal concept review, copy, concepts, and final artwork by relevant parties
- Update Traffic/ production, proof artwork, follow correct approvals, obtain print and delivery information, brief proof-reader, book meetings and invite relevant attendees
- Develop Material Instructions based on accurate specifications from Media schedules

**The person we're looking for is**:
The person we're looking for will have a real passion for brilliant creative and have an interest in current online and offline cultural topics and trends.

Ideally, you'll have worked in a similar role within a client or agency environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have experience working with various brands, in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and will be adaptable and flexible in your day-to-day approach.

You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working both autonomously and in collaboration with your team members, both internally and externally. You appreciate the analytical side of campaigns and at the end of the day you revel in seeing brilliant ideas come to life.
