Ready to make an impact across our media and digital marketing efforts and campaigns? This is your opportunity to help evolve one of Australia's most dynamic retail media and social programs.
We're looking for a Media & Digital Marketing Lead – Social. You will work across our Media and Digital Marketing campaigns, as well as have a focus on Social. You will support to drive strategy, hands‐on implementation, and performance across more than a $10M+ media investment and a $15M Supplier Marketing program.
You'll be at the centre of over 100 campaigns a year—shaping how we show up across social and digital channels to millions of Australians, with a clear focus on performance‐driven paid media outcomes.
What you'll be doing
* Lead end‐to‐end paid media planning, set‐up, execution, and optimisation across key platforms;
* Own the delivery of campaigns – planning, execution and management. We would love to see a well‐rounded Social experience including in‐platform and real, well‐rounded social understanding across Paid and Owned and creative best practice;
* Oversee Officeworks' broader social programme (including organic and creators), to help all aspects of media come together to produce favourable outcomes;
* Deliver data‐led insights, analysing full‐funnel performance and campaign effectiveness to continuously improve results;
* Partner with internal teams and suppliers to deliver integrated, commercially impactful campaigns;
* Manage and optimise agency relationships, ensuring a strong focus on paid social excellence and accountability;
* Champion a test‐and‐learn mindset, driving innovation across paid social formats, tools, and channels;
* Ensure brand safety, compliance, and consistency across all activity.
About you
* 5+ years' experience in media, digital or social marketing (agency or client‐side);
* Deep expertise in paid social, including hands‐on experience across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or similar;
* Proven ability to set up, manage, and optimise campaigns directly in‐platform (not just briefing agencies), along with understanding of the financial processes;
* Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience strategy, and conversion optimisation, as well as a knack for creative best practices;
* Confidence working with data, analytics, and performance reporting tools to drive decisions;
* Experience balancing creative thinking with a strong analytical mindset;
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
* A sharp commercial mindset with strong budget ownership and ROI focus;
* Highly organised, proactive, and always looking to push performance further.
