Marine Engineering Professional
Seeking a highly skilled Marine Engineer to join our crew. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive and solutions-focused, and committed to safety, teamwork, and mentoring young people.
* Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all engineering systems aboard the vessel.
* Develop and implement comprehensive engineering policies and procedures.
* Supervise and train volunteers or trainees assisting with engineering tasks.
This is a hands-on and strategic role combining technical precision with leadership. We are looking for someone with AMSA Marine Engine Driver Grade 2 certification (minimum) and relevant experience in marine engineering. The ideal candidate will be proactive and take initiative to develop new skills.
