The Role (Contract | Generous Commission | Remote / Self-Managed)
We're hiring a Real Estate Salesperson to build business, run campaigns, and negotiate sales through to settlement.
You will:
* Generate new business and grow your pipeline
* Conduct appraisals and market analysis
* Create and execute marketing campaigns (Private Treaty / Auction / EOI)
* Manage enquiries, inspections, and buyer follow-up
* Negotiate offers and manage sales progression
* Deliver strong customer service and clear communication
* Maintain compliance and accurate records

Requirements
* Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 licence
* Minimum 2 years working independently in real estate salesStrong customer service and relationship management
* Good local market knowledge (and comfort with data/pricing)
* Clear communication, organisation, and time management
* Confident with tech + digital marketing tools
* Calm, strategic approach
* Existing (or emerging) client base to tap into
