SRQ Projects is expanding. With strong sales momentum and multiple residential projects underway, we're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive results across premium apartment developments.
This is a hands-on role for a proven closer who understands off-the-plan and completed sales and wants to be rewarded for performance.

The Role
· Sell apartments across multiple residential projects
· Manage display suites and buyer appointments
· Convert enquiries into sales and manage the buyer journey
· Maintain CRM, contracts and stakeholder coordination
· Deliver a high-level, professional buyer experience
You'll Bring
· Proven track record in residential or project sales
· Minimum 3-4 years of residential or project sales experience required
· QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence
· QLD Real Estate Licence required
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Results-driven mindset with disciplined CRM management
· Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster
· Australian work rights required
