ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Landscape Construction Team Leader to join a team that takes pride in its people and projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Overseeing all aspects of on-site landscape construction projects including site preparation, setting out and ordering materials
* Supervising a small team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
* Working with a range of stakeholders including Clients, Subcontractors, Project Managers, Certifiers and Landscape Architects
* Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to develop their skills
* Ensuring adherence to health and safety policies
* Collaborating with our Project Manager to keep projects on track
* Maintaining records and documentation for each project
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Certificate in Landscape Construction
* 7 years minimum working in the industry
* 3 years minimum in a supervisor role
* White Card
* Current driver's licence
* Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for their job
* Must be able to lead a team to deliver high-quality work
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
