WATM Crane Sales and Service is a privately owned, specialist, crane dealership with nearly 50 years of experience in the industry. WATM leads the market in the supply and support of several of the world's leading brands, including exclusive distribution for Manitowoc (Grove) cranes and Hiab. We import new cranes and sell throughout WA.
Operating across four locations in Perth and the Pilbara region, WATM has purpose-built infrastructure spanning over 13,000m2. We are conveniently located in Bayswater, not far from Tonkin Highway on/off ramps and the Perth airport.

About the role
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the Finance Team.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Maintaining and updating the accounts payable database to ensure that supplier details are current, accurate and not duplicated
* Managing the accounts payable inbox & respond to queries
* Month end reconciliations
* Managing foreign currency transactions
* Reconciliation and management of loan accounts
* Monitoring compliance with tax coding requirements
* Ensuring employee expenses are within company policy and appropriately approved
* Vendor account reconciliations
* Resolving internal/external queries
* Maintenance and archiving of electronic and physical documents
* Making recommendations as to process improvements
* Follow Invoice approval process in line with relevant delegation of authority.
* Process high volume of invoices in accordance with month-end deadlines, ensuring they are paid within supplier terms.
* Identify issues, investigate, and achieve resolution within appropriate timeframes.
About you
* A formal qualification in Cert IV Accounting & Bookkeeping or relevant qualification will be highly regarded
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role
* Solid experience in Excel and Navision (Microsoft Dynamics)
This position is available to start in January 2026 to cover 6 months maternity leave.
